Roxy ran as fast as she could, but made one possibly fatal mistake; She looked back. She saw the dog was far, so panting, she slowed down a tiny bit, but still sprinted to some sort of dumpster she could hide under, seeing the dog would be too bulky to fit. The dog ends up catching up, Biting the extra skin on her mid back, causing her to jerk back, fall and slide with a yelp. She stopped moving, almost completely frozen as she heard their panting from above her, Roxy not panting, But her heart racing. The dog grabs the extra skin on her neck, Guiding her up to her feet, then almost walking her with her skin. If Roxy obeys, No blood well gush, But if she refuses, They bite harder to keep her back, and she well bleed, possibly loosing parts of her neck. She decides its safer to obey, So she does so, Walking next to the dog, having to bend her knees so the dog can reach her neck.

Aetheria shaked her head in confusion still wondering where her bowl is, though in 'center' of her mind she was still day-dreaming about that white surface about a while ago, she was a curious dog, always wanted to wonder where she usually shouldn't to. She blinked with her ambery eyes and let out a soft sneeze, she sat down and licked her paw which was now dry. Her long tail suddenly started moving left-right, left-right, left- right, she looked at it in a way a human being would look at the mysterious puzzle pieces. Suddenly she jumped up and started chasing her tail making her look like a complete fool spinning in circles. She let a loud bark which was echoing through the house halls, making some of the pictures which were attached to the walls, or white surfaces as Aetheria defines them, swing around.

Roxy sees the dog, Shaking her head in attempts to get free before kicking and 'bucking' her legs. The dog in front of her slowly sat, The dog next to her trying to pull her, and failing. Roxy bucks her leg one last time, Kicking the other dogs jaw as both dogs let out a yelp. The dogs jaws had opened, and their head swung up from the kick of Roy's powerful back paws. Roxy was leaning, and now had blood rushing from her neck, and scratches on her face, as for when the dog let go she fell on the ground. Roxy rounded her back, Lowering her head in closer to her chest as she growls, Her ears pinned back. Roxy tried to raise her tail, but as for it was cut, it was hard to tell she was trying to raise it. The dog slowly steps closer as Roxy shoots up, Into a high stand, Back straight, legs straight, head up, and looking forward, even though that meant she easily saw over the dog. She barked, Not a very feminine bark, But very deep, and only a single bark, still standing still as a soldier. Soon enough, her lip raised and curled, Showing sharp teeth, which weren't super white, though they weren't yellow. The dog proceeds to take another step as Roxy stands on her back legs, Trying to back up while standing as tall as she could on only 2 paws. She starts to fall back, So she puts weight on her chest to make her fall back to all 4 paws, Turning and running from the dog, the fastest she could possibly run.

Hearing her loud bark, Aetheria's owner stormed out of his room and stood in front of Aetheria telling her in a angry voice: "Ria! I told you to not make loud noises when i'm trying to sleep, you need to go outside and chill for a bit." As he said that he grabbed Aetheria by her black collar and lifted her up making her stand on back legs, he opened the house door and kicked her out, she touched the grass with her paws looking like a cat which just fell from a high window, but the pain in her back left leg 'attacked' again and she fell down smacking her face onto the grass, which when she lifted up was in her mouth along with some dirt. Aetheria sat down and started coughing getting grass out of her mouth, she growled under her breath annoyed by her owner kicking her out while she was in a middle of the battle with her tail. She layed down underneath a big tree which was in their yard, she fell asleep while leaves fell down onto her body but they couldn't stay there forever enjoying in her coat's fluffiness, because wind...just didn't let them.

Roxy was still running, back to her friends house, as for the dog was one of the only she was scared of. The dog was a huge black Boerboel, Maybe a few inches taller than her, and maybe 50 pounds heavier. The dog was her fathers twin brother, Bear. She hated speaking of Bear, and often never mentioned that he is her uncle. Him and her father looked much alike, But when her father passed away, Bear started attacking her for small reasons, or no reason at all, as for she was only a pup, and he would often draw blood from her neck. The dog dragging her, Coal, Her brother. Coal would do as told, as long as it filled his need for gore and violence. Roxy runs around the corner, Almost slipping again, as for she often ran so fast that her feet would kind of glide, and cause her shoulder blade to almost meet the ground. She paws at the fence of Aetherias house, Whining and pacing in place, looking back and forth constantly. She was panting, Almost wheezing as she realized how tired she was, as for adrenaline caused her to rush, but now that was gone, and she was just flat out terrified. If she did see either of them, She would have to run, as for Bear was already a fight that she could possibly lose, possibly win, adding any other dog would be a lose for Roxy.

In a deep sleep, Aetheria's body rolled around in soft grass, she was so distracted by the dream she had she couldn't even control her own body. Soon time in her dream froze, every sound in her dream went silent. Suddenly her ambery eyes were wide open. She instantly stood up and ran to her house fence, she barked loudly while she stood on her back paws, her front paws' claws were clawing the wooden fence leaving deep markings on it. She stood on her four paws again and backed up a little bit, even though she felt a deep pain in her back left leg she ran as fast as she could and jumped over the fence. Not wanting to fall on her friend she moved her body in the air like a cat would do and she fell down by her friend's back legs. She gave a strong whine feeling extremely sharp pain in her back left leg, she sat down and started licking it, ignoring everything what was happening around her.

Even though Roxy was larger than most dogs, She was scared of many humans and dogs, and often jumpy, So seeing Aetheria pretty much rain from the sky caused her to jump back and yelp. Seeing her friend she almost hid behind her, before seeing she was hurt. She nudges her side, Looking at her leg with a tilted head as she whines, Wondering why she had hurt herself, and how. She shakes it off, Guarding her instead, Sitting up and looking around. She still wondered why, and how she thought that'd be a good idea, but either way, she didn't question it, sniffing the air as she whines and nudges her friend. She started to smell her brother and 'uncle', Whining for her to get up, As for obviously they'd kill the healthy dog first, so they wouldn't be attacked while killing the injured one. She wanted her to get a head start, as for she'd be slower, so she continues to nudge Aetheria, Pawing at her side as she starts to pace around, Hoping she could get up.

Aetheria looked at her friend in confusion, pain in her leg started fading away. She stood up and shook her thick fur, her pointy nose suddenly went straight up, she sniffed the air and whined while her ears pinned back, smelling the scent of unknown stray dogs Aetheria's body shook in fear, now she understood why her friend was so 'nervous' few minutes ago. Her friend was the only stray dog she ever met, she was still surprised by the fact this female dog is so friendly, she didn't have the best experience with stray dogs- one bit her long time ago. Aetheria started being more concerned as the smell of unknown dogs was getting stronger.

Roxy continued to nudge Aetheria, before putting her head under Aetheria's shoulder blade in attempts to get her up, Wiggling her nose farther and farther, whining as she knew that by now, neither of them would be able to run fast enough, as for her brother was a perfect weight, meaning he was stronger, which allowed him to run faster than Roxy, let alone Aetheria. Roxy eventually saw the two walk around the corner, and not spotted yet, she decided to use Aetheria as a "bait" nudging her back down. Roxy ran to a near bush, Watching the two trot near Aetheria, as Roxy hid in the bush, Hoping she'd stay down. The dogs slowly started to stalk instead, low to the ground as they sniffed at the air, Roxy watching hoped that they would fall for it, as for neither of them had a good enough smell to point out exactly where she was from that far away. She planned to attack them as they ran up to Aetheria; Hoping Aetheria would stay down, and pretend she couldn't walk.

Aetheria refused to stay down, she flicked her tail and playfully trotted to the two stray dogs. She was scared indeed, but since her friend was so friendly and cheerful she thought these guys were too. When she finally approached them her ears pinned back while she let out a soft whine, the smell of negativity danced in the air.

Roxy growls under her breath seeing her father and brother both raise their tails, Both in quiet a 'frisky' manner. One walks around her one way, The other walking around her the opposite direction. Roxy growled at this, Sprinting up to her father and grabbing a hold of his neck, Though it didn't seem to phase him, it made him stop. Her brother swung his head, Growling as he smacked Roxy off. Whining, Roxy crouched and lowered her head, turning her head to the side and looking up at them submissively, Having a claw mark from her mid check, straight down to the bottom of her jaw. Roxy saw both of them walk back to Aetheria, To which Roxy sat down next to her, Still lowering her head submissively as she flops to her side, Whining. As they continued to circle Aetheria, Roxy grabs onto her brothers neck and yanks him down, causing him to fall to his back. Roxy quickly got up, Watching him start to turn to his stomach with a growl, she latched back onto his neck, Jumping to yank his head up, and throw it back down. Though a snap was heard, It wasn't fatal, or even a major injury, as for Roxy wasn't strong enough. She stands on her hind legs, throwing all her weight on to his stomach with her front paws, Claws digging into his skin as she backed away, Her father rushing over to help. Roxy knew Aetheria wouldn't be able to run as fast, so she simply bites her fathers neck enough to make him bleed and runs. She knew where a long basket was, so she figured, she could pull Aetheria in it, as for she saw that there were some ropes in it once, and Roxy was faster of the two. Roxy nudges on Aetheria's chest, Headed for the box under a bench, Hoping that the ropes would still be in it.

Aetheria was standing in place, still terrified by the scene that just happened it front of her, she felt sorry for her friend and quilty for not listening to her. She puts her head down and her pointy nose starts sniffing the cold ground, even though it was summer, Aetheria suddenly barked at her friend as 'Sorry'. She tried to go inside the box but since her body was too big, she also gained a little bit of weight since she was just eating dog food and doing no dog-sports at all, she failed. Her head and her shoulders were the only ones who could get in, but she knew she can't leave the rest of her body outside so she took a step back and sat down, she still felt a bit of a pain in her leg, she let out a soft whine which was almost not able to hear.

Roxy nudges under her chin, saying "it's ok" before rushing back to Aetheria's home, In attempts to at least keep her safe. It was clear Roxy was being honest when she said its ok, as for she almost never talks, and wouldn't waste her breath on a lie, unless it was for a good reason. She barks outside of the door; Her bark deep, and easy to remember, as for it wasn't a very common bark, though it wasn't special either. She frantically paws at the door, Looking over at Aetheria constantly. She continued to paw at the gate, barking again as she grew impatient, her father swinging his huge head to look at her. Roxy again barks, Trying to jump to look over the gate, but failing. She looks at Aetheria, saying "You try then" and lowering her head, turning her muzzle slightly to her father and glancing at him.

Aetheria backed up and shook her head in disagreement, she wanted to experience a life of a stray, "For only a week or two.." -Aetheria thought in her head. She barked to her friend and then looked at one road which was leading to the abandoned part of the town where lots of strays would hang out in look for food or fights. She took a few steps down the street and then looked back to her friend expecting her to follow.

Roxy tugs on her tail, as for she hated how everyone assumed all strays would look for old molded human scraps or fights. Roxy let's go of her tail, trotting to the Rurals, knowing her friend would easily not make it if she went alone. Roxy turns the corner, sniffing the air, as for usually right now she couldn't find a meal, but where it hasn't rained in a while, maybe they'd be waiting at a lake. She figured that a nice 'warm' meal would be good right now- though it wouldn't be cooked. She figured Aetheria wouldn't know how to hunt, so assuming that Aetheria was following her. She says "you need to just chase it down the road, and then I'll jump out of the bushes and bite its neck. When we're there I'll tell you what one to chase to me" Roxy says, Giving Aetheria a chance to hear her oddly sweet voice, which really doesn't seem like it belongs to her.

Aetheria wanted to answer Roxy so she could hear her soft voice but since she didn't know her that well yet and since she had a bad experience with strays she gave a nod while still following behind Roxy. On their way Aetheria was extremely distracted by things she never saw before, some of them were interesting but some of them also quite mysterious in a scary way.
